For the design of this international recruitment agency, interior designer Yves Pollet devised a system for codifying spaces using light, turning lighting fixtures into tools for orientation, atmosphere and identity.

The meeting rooms are punctuated with custom-made Nénuphar pendant lights, with rose copper finishes on the inside and copper-coloured metallic fabric on the outside. Their large, shallow shades and indirect lighting provide an unobstructed view of the screens while adding a strong decorative presence. In the kitchen, XL Nuage pendant lights extend this warm atmosphere, while the coffee corner is punctuated by a line of Grand Mobula lights, dressed in the same textured copper fabric.

The open space takes on a different look with Grand Paris–Hanoi pendant lights, made of natural raffia on the outside and black and beige graphic fabric on the inside. A touch of exoticism and naturalness softens the workspaces and creates a subtle balance between functionality, visual comfort and decorative expression.
