How to offset a light fixture when the electrical outlet is not ideally located?
It frequently happens that the electrical outlet on the ceiling or wall is not positioned exactly where you want to install a chandelier, a pendant light or a wall light. Thanks to over 20 years of experience, all our collections offer you the flexibility to relocate the electrical connections so that your light fixture can be installed in the ideal spot in your home.
- Decentered pendant lights : This type of light fixture allows the lampshade to be attached to the ceiling at a distance from the power supply. For example, discover the Decentered Pendant Light Grand Nuage.
- Nomadic pendant lights: These pendant lights plug into a standard wall socket, and the lampshade is attached to the ceiling at the ideal location, allowing you to adjust the height of the light source, such as the Nomadic Pendant Light Petit Paris-Hanoï or the Nomadic Pendant Light Grand Nuage.
- Series-connected pendant lights, such as the Pendant light 5 Petit Eau de Lumière, also allow the lampshades to be positioned away from the power supply.
- Hanging wall lights: These are the ideal solution when your wall socket is too high or too low. In the first case, we can adjust the length of the fabric electrical cord so that the lampshade hangs at the right height — this is the case with the Pendant wall lamp Petit Arto. Alternatively, we can use different systems to hang the lampshade above the wall plate at the desired distance, as with the Pendant wall lamp Petit Nuage.
Shield wall lights allow for a wide variety of orientations around the electrical connection (vertical or horizontal). - Offset chandeliers: All of our chandeliers can be arranged in a destructured composition so that the lampshades are distributed in clusters above several areas, such as the Chandelier 5 Grand LuXiole, or by fixing the lampshades at different ceiling levels, such as in staircases...
We have many other solutions, so please contact us for more information.
