Korner République Hotel

Completely refurbished, the Korner République hotel (Oversight group) in Paris has designed its 28 rooms as warm and homely spaces, where the simplicity of the layout is enhanced by a play of contrasts. Warm wood, black lacquered metal and colourful rugs combine to create an atmosphere that is both contemporary and welcoming.

DESIGNHEURE light fittings are integrated directly into the bedheads, keeping the walls clear whilst concentrating the lighting functions around the sleeping area. The Wall lamp Grand Lightbook, with their conical shades made from diffusing fabric, provide soft lighting, whilst the Simple Spot LED wall lamp Escale, in a black lacquered finish, offer a fully adjustable reading light for greater reading comfort. Controlled by existing switches (also available with built-in switches), these lighting solutions combine smooth integration with the furniture, ease of use and simplicity of installation – features particularly well-suited to hotel refurbishments.
