Ibis Marne-la-Vallée Val d'Europe Hotel

The renovation of the 70 rooms at the Ibis Marne la Vallée Val d'Europe hotel reinterprets the conventions of budget hotellerie in a contemporary, warm and functional style. The natural colour palette is enlivened by splashes of colour and graphic lines that define the headboard, creating a welcoming and instantly recognisable atmosphere.

The Paris-Hanoï Flat pendant lights by Designheure blend seamlessly into the rooms thanks to their shallow conical shade, which is particularly well-suited to standard ceiling heights. For this project, their installation was custom-designed: intermediate fixing points allow the pendant to be offset from the electrical outlet and the fabric cable to be routed along the walls and ceiling. This approach transforms a technical constraint into a genuine design feature, reinforcing the room’s identity whilst optimising the positioning of the lighting.
