Eiffel Private Project

In this Parisian flat in the 16th arrondissement, opposite the Eiffel Tower, Marie Welsch Studio injects the spirit of a private mansion into a duplex apartment bathed in light. Designed as a refined suite, the space combines contemporary comfort with Art Deco references in a hushed, elegant atmosphere.

At the head of the bed, Années Folles sconces add a refined touch to the composition. This delicate light, with its diffusing fabric shade and reflective gold plate, is ideal for lounging areas. Numbered in a nod to the world of hotels, these wall lights punctuate the décor with discretion and sophistication.

It's all about the balance of detail - noble materials, geometric lines, and careful staging, right down to the accessories. A modern interpretation of the aesthetics of the 1920s, in the service of intimate luxury without ostentation.
