Corail Residence

Located on the seafront in Roscoff, opposite the island of Batz, the former Ker Lena clinic has undergone a major refurbishment led by the Réalités group to become the Résidence Corail, a residential development comprising 40 homes in an exceptional location.

In this type of project, the communal areas play a vital role in shaping perceptions of the development’s quality. Designed by GD Architecture d’Intérieur, the layout and lighting of the lobby help to create a strong residential experience from the moment residents arrive. A true space for welcoming and transition, it showcases the views of the seascape whilst affirming the residence’s identity.

Inspired by the marine world, the interior design combines natural materials, shades of sage green and golden details evoking coral in a composition that is both contemporary and warm. The lighting plays a key role in this design. The Petit Tower pendant lights by Designheure define the space, enhance the clarity of the areas and create elegant visual landmarks that guide residents and visitors along their routes. Beyond their function as light sources, they contribute to the project’s architectural signature and the long-term enhancement of the communal areas.
