This modern-looking establishment makes traditionally prepared products and revisits charcuterie with a twist. Julien Denjean, Best Craftsman in France (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) 2015, sublimates products that are characterised by their authenticity and a touch of creativity.

A Petit Nénuphar ceiling lamp provides warm, original lighting in the centre of the reception area. The Baby Nénuphar wall lamps, placed on golden panels, punctuate the overall effect. The lighting evokes a savoury, spicy note that lingers in the mouth.
